A lot of stores may say they offer a variety of different woods, but in reality they really only offer a variety of wood veneers.  The Granary not only offers furniture in solid Oak and Cherry, but many of our builders offer other classic hardwoods such as Maple, Hickory, Quartersawn Oak, Walnut and more.

The Granary also pays close attention to what styles are popular.  Let’s face it, every generation has different tastes, and at The Granary we have something for everyone!  We don’t just forget about the Classics once the newest and trendiest styles hit the floor.  We still cater to every style, from Mission and Shaker, to French Country and Colonial, and every style in between, we’ve got you covered!

How many times have you looked at a dresser or a desk and thought, “That is exactly what I want, but only a little smaller…”. Most of the time you’re out of luck, but not at The Granary!  We’ve been working with many of our builders for over 20 years, and they understand that every customer is different.  We’re not building “cookie cutter” furniture here, every piece is handcrafted individually to order, and if you need it 6 “ higher, shorter or longer, we’ll make sure it gets delivered just the way you wanted it!

Finally, no piece is complete without the perfect stain!  You don’t have to wish that perfect bedroom suite you saw came in a little darker shade.  The Granary has countless stains available for every species of wood, and we’ve got the samples in our store to back that up!  If by chance you don’t find that perfect color, we also offer custom stain matches for a small fee.  No more running all over the countryside trying find the absolute perfect match to Great Grandma’s old armoire, bring us a sample and we’ll get you just what you wanted!
