      Many things go together to make a business successful. I have never stepped foot inside the door of the Granary and I'm not sure if I have ever been in Mt. Cory. But I would like to commend you for the business of which you are a part.
       From my first log on your website, through many, many emails with Michelle, the decision process of choosing wood stains, all the way to the delivery in Columbia, South Carolina of 4 beautiful cherry kitchen chairs - I couldn't be better pleased. Michelle's help was wonderful. I understand that in the meantime she has given birth to a beautiful baby. That didn't stop her from telling me who would be assisting me at the Granary in her absence.
        We ran into snags with the local delivery people. The packing and shipping company you dealt with went to bat for us and had it all straightened out in no time. Their servicer was polite, prompt, helpful, and effective. They were super. You chose a shipping company well!
         The local man that ended up delivering the chairs brought them up to our garage and waited to see if the chairs had been damaged in transit. They were perfect.
         I will be sure to tell everyone I know what a great company you have. You deserve a great deal of thanks. I would also like to thank the craftsman who made these chairs. They are absolutely beautiful. Please keep me on your mailing list!

Just a quick note to thank you for sending me so much information via this site on toy boxes and blanket chests. I found two other stores closer to Deshler which also sell Amish-built furniture. If it hadn't been for the fine service you were offering me I probably wouldn't have driven to Mt. Cory to look at your stock. After spending 2 hours (wish I remembered the name of the salesclerk who helped me--she was great!) I brought my husband back the next week. We ended up buying a plain toy box. It looks nice in the corner of my kitchen. Even better, I found the kitchen table I'd like to purchase next year. I thought you'd like to know that your time and patience (and web info) paid off.

Last January I came to your store to purchase a Mission style table and chairs. I had researched several different stores that sold Amish made furniture from Holmes County to Adams County Ohio and found your store to be the best priced. My husband, mom, and dad took the 3 hour trek to see you and about died when we pulled up to see the tiny, quiet store but to our amazement when we walked in, it was neither tiny nor quiet. We were also amazed by the wonderful personal service you provided. You really took time to help us make a very big decision. A few months later you were kind enough to e-mail and fax us tons of information about a hutch. I am happy to say that we love both the hutch and the table. Thank you for all the kindness and help you showed to us.

By the way, my sister has just bought a condo and is eager to come up and "shop". My mother is also in the market to buy bedroom furniture and knows the best place in Ohio to buy it.

Schane, I have received my dry sink. It arrived Tuesday afternoon and I was so surprised to see the UPS truck roll down our driveway so soon! It arrived in perfect condition.
